Returns?
I hope you will be very happy with your purchase but if you are not, please complete the returns form to send back with your item.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Return items must be unworn, unwashed and with all labelling intact or they cannot be refunded.
• Items must be returned to me within 10 days of receipt to receive a full refund.
• Refunds will be made by the same method used to make your purchase.
• Sale items, samples and slight seconds cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Special bespoke orders and commissions cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
• Your mailing bag can be turned inside out and reused for your return.
• Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting.

By placing an order via this website, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Josie Studio reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice.
PRODUCTS
Descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of publication and are meant for guidance only. All products are made and finished by hand so there may be slight variations in size or colour which can vary on different computer screens. If unsure about a colour please contact hello@josiestudio.com for clarification. If you are looking for a design in a different colourway or want something truly unique, I am happy to make bespoke items for you.
PRICES
All prices are correct at the time of going to press but are subject to change at any time. Prices are quoted in UK sterling and are exclusive of VAT.
I reserve the right to refuse an order should I be unable to agree a delivery schedule.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that stock levels are kept up to date, it is possible for an item ordered to become out of stock before I accept the order. In this circumstance, I will notify you straight away as new stock may take up to 7 days to make.
DELIVERY
I aim to dispatch orders placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday within 2-3 working days of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and credit clearance. All products are made by hand so if out of stock it may take up to 7 days to make your order so please allow longer for delivery. All UK orders are sent out Royal Mail first class post. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands and other remote postcodes may take longer.
Overseas orders are sent out Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service where available.
I cannot accept liability for delays caused by the Royal Mail service.
DUTIES & TAXES
Prices are in GBP and do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges.
Any duties and taxes charged at customs when sending overseas, are the buyers responsibility to pay.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
